01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser so it can remember things between pages and visits. Browser storage (local storage) does a similar job. This policy covers both, on every page of the Bossley Bears website, including My Account.
02What we use
Necessary cookies are always on, because the site can't work without them: your cookie choices (a set of cookies starting with "fa-consent-"), your login to My Account (kept in your browser's local storage and removed when you log out), and spam protection on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile). Optional analytics, personalisation and marketing cookies, described in section 04, only run if you allow them.
03Other services on the site
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, which may set their own cookies under their own policies: TeamUp runs the live timetable, bookings, memberships and My Account; our payment provider handles card payments at checkout; Cloudflare protects our forms; Google supplies the website fonts, the Social League draw and, if you allow it, Google Analytics; Meta provides advertising measurement if you allow marketing cookies; and Webflow hosts the website.
04Analytics, marketing and AI tools
With your permission we use analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, to measure how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, device and approximate location) so we can improve it, and marketing cookies, such as the Meta Pixel, to measure our advertising and show you more relevant ads on other platforms. We may also connect AI tools to this analytics data to help us understand trends and improve the site and our marketing. These cookies stay off until you switch them on in the cookie banner, and you can turn them off again at any time. We will update this policy if we add new tools.
05Changing your choices
Use the cookie banner to allow, reject or customise cookies, and change your mind at any time from the banner's settings. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, you may not be able to stay signed in to My Account or book sessions.
06More about your data
