Our story
Built so nobody stops playing because there's nowhere to play
Bossley Bears started at Bossley Park High School with a simple problem: people in south-west Sydney wanted to play volleyball more than once a week, and every club charged them per session for the privilege. So we built the opposite — one membership, unlimited sessions, coached at every level.
Today the club runs classes and social games six days a week, plus a Sunday social league, fields representative teams in the Sydney Volleyball League and the youth league, and coaches players from their very first pass to their first rep season. The Development Program in between is what makes the pathway real rather than a diagram.

Everyone plays
Diversity and inclusion
South-west Sydney is one of the most diverse places in the country and the club looks like it. Mixed sessions by default, levels rather than labels, and a code of conduct that's enforced. If something on court makes you uncomfortable, tell any coach — it gets dealt with the same night.
