Comprehensive Training and Competitive Experience

Our highly qualified and experienced coaching team delivers a well-structured course that encompasses technical skill acquisition and improvement. Here's an overview of our representative programs:

Sydney Volleyball League (SVL)

Program Overview

• Trial Date: Late January/Early February
• Training Duration: Minimum of 3 months before competition

What to Expect:

• Training and practice matches to prepare you as individuals and as a team.
• Weekly trainings and regular practice matches during the competition period.
• Focus on improving team strengths and weaknesses, fluidity, and teamwork.

Competition Period:

• Generally lasts 3 months.

Junior Sydney Volleyball League (JSVL)

Program Overview

• Trial Date: Late January/Early February
• Training Duration: Minimum of 3 months before competition

• After SVL/JSVL, teams prepare for the State Cup competitions held at the end of the year.

• September trials for new teams if players choose not to continue after SVL/JSVL.

Competition Period:

• Varies with the State Cup schedule.
