FAQs

1. Can I book without being a member?
No, we require either a VNSW or BBVC membership for all our programs.

2. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your spot.

3. What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session.

4. How do I use the Active Kids Voucher for fees?
Apply for your voucher through Service NSW and contact us via our contact page to use your code.
